Playground Fundraiser

It all started with a walk in the State Park.  I was concerned that our school playground had become damaged and noticed that instead of repairing it, parts such as the monkey bars were taken off and not able to be replaced.  I also noticed that we don't have any accessible and inclusive playground equipment in our community for people with disabilities to play on.  I talked to my mom about my concerns and she said, "Do something about it."  That's when I decided to bring it to the elementary student council members and to my principal to see if I could form a committee.  It all took off quickly from there.
