Nyquist Elementary Kindergarten

Kindergarten is making new friend and sharing with them.  It’s learning how to express one’s feelings in a way that doesn’t disrupt a relationship.  Kindergarten is letters, numbers, math, reading, and art, but so much more as well.  Children learn best using all of their senses.  In Kindergarten we will hear, smell, taste, touch, and see in a way that allows the children to question and explore their surroundings.  It is a safe environment for students to learn rules and consequences, as well as rewards and optimism.  We can’t wait for a fun and extraordinary year!
